users in your RegScan license group have immediate access to Socrates
once they activate their RegScan GCS user profile. Socrates has no upfront

No.
Socrates offers three options for notification: e-mail alert, RegScan
GCS Dashboard alert, or RSS feed. With Socrates, users have multiple

Socrates
automatically monitors regulatory links for change and alerts you when
a change is found. It also adds the date that the change alert took place

automatically detects all users with the same license number who haves
set up a RegScan user profile and automatically adds them to the workgroup.

The project and task management features found in Socrates, paired with
the ability to generate tasks based on specific regulatory drivers can
help you comply. You can also track activities readings (or other findings

uses a project completion status that is updated by the user. This simple
dropdown menu allows the user to show where the percentage of completion
a particular project is at. This status field is also shown on the project
